About Me
I am an executive career coach and Technical Director with over 20 years’ experience leading environmental and sustainability strategies on complex infrastructure programmes and managing high-performing teams of specialists.
I am also the first in my family to attend university and built my career from the ground up.
After moving to London, I began my career on a construction site, working in a laboratory testing contaminated land. From there, I progressed into senior leadership roles across the construction, engineering, and consultancy sectors.
My journey has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a career in demanding technical environments — navigating complexity, building credibility, and stepping into leadership with confidence.
Today, I combine real world senior leadership experience with professional coaching to support ambitious professionals who want to progress, lead with purpose, and create careers they are proud of.
I understand the pressure, ambiguity, and responsibility that come with senior roles, and I support leaders navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
